A theft of high-value equipment occurred at the Jirama facility in Mandroseza at the end of August. Upon learning of the incident, the Minister of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, Dr. Minosoa Anjaratiana Elia Razafindrianiaina, visited the site to assess the situation and take emergency measures. She was accompanied by the Minister of Energy and Hydrocarbons, the Minister Delegate in charge of the National Gendarmerie, the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic in charge of Refoundation, and the Director General of Jirama.
