Antananarivo, September 10, 2026 – The Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) continues its commitment to fighting corruption and promoting integrity at Antananarivo Airport.
This shared vision with Ravinala Airports is being realized through annual media awareness campaigns, on-site sensitization at airports, the deployment of communication kits, and the establishment of a dedicated BIANCO kiosk. This kiosk serves as a hub for information, awareness, and the reporting of corrupt practices by users, passengers, and the airport community.
“At Ravinala Airports, we manage more than just infrastructure. We contribute to the passenger experience and Madagascar’s global image through the airports in Antananarivo and Nosy Be. This is why we have chosen to support BIANCO in its mission to combat corruption,” stated Mr. Daniel Lefebvre, CEO of Ravinala Airports.
BIANCO Director General, Mr. Gaby Nestor Razakamanantsoa, added: “Fighting corruption is not just about denouncing or sanctioning; it is about preventing, raising awareness, and empowering everyone to recognize, refuse, and report bad practices. Through this partnership, we aim to make these airports more transparent and exemplary.”
Passengers and airport users can now report corruption via the BIANCO kiosk, the phone number displayed, or by scanning QR codes on airport screens. Reports can also be made directly on the BIANCO website, with full confidentiality guaranteed for all whistleblowers.
