An extra chance for those who missed the deadline. A special session of the 2026 military review campaign will be organized from October 5 to 9 in Andohalo for young people who were unable to attend the military aptitude test. The Directorate of National Service and Reserve Management (DSNGR) has established this specific schedule to allow them to regularize their situation.
The young people concerned are invited to go to the DSNGR office in Andohalo, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with their national identity card and a blue ballpoint pen. Young people from the regions who are passing through Antananarivo during this period will also be able to take their test.
Launched on July 4, the 2026 military review campaign concerns young men and women born between January 1, 1995, and December 31, 2007, i.e., people aged 19 to 31. The military aptitude test is free and allows individuals to obtain the ‘green card,’ which is necessary for job hunting and certain administrative procedures, such as passport applications. The authorities reiterate the importance for the young people concerned to comply with this obligation.
