Improving dental practices through professional exchanges is the ambition of the first edition of the Indian Ocean Dental Congress, scheduled for October 30 and 31 at the Ivato International Conference Center. This meeting will bring together sector stakeholders to discuss developments in dentistry and ways to advance oral healthcare in Madagascar and the region.
Dentists, dental assistants, and equipment suppliers are invited to participate in this event. The program includes scientific conferences, practical workshops, and exhibitions. The initiative aims to foster interaction among the various actors involved in patient care. “The goal is to advance dentistry in Madagascar,” emphasizes Anselme Rakotonjanahary, Vice President of the Malagasy Dental Association.
Beyond scientific presentations, the congress intends to encourage the comparison of experiences and the sharing of working methods.
