The law regarding the safe, secure, peaceful, and civilian use of nuclear technologies in Madagascar has been submitted to the High Constitutional Court (HCC) for constitutional review by the President of the Refoundation of the Republic of Madagascar (PRRM). Regarding nuclear safety and security, as the name suggests, the purpose of the law in question is to regulate the use of nuclear technology.
