Thirty-five doctors have earned the title of associate professor after meeting all the required conditions. Their success follows the 2026 National Agrégation Competition in human medicine and odonto-stomatology, held from September 9 to 11 at the INSPC Befelatanana.
The closing ceremony took place on September 11, attended by the Minister of Public Health, Dr. Monira Managna, and a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESUPRES), led by its Secretary General, Professor Jaona Harilala.
Following the competition, the new associate professors are now set to be assigned to their respective posts. The government has announced its intention to expedite their deployment so they can quickly assume their new responsibilities.
Their assignments are intended to enable them to contribute to medical education, research, and the improvement of public health.
The 2026 National Agrégation Competition concludes with the appointment of 35 new associate professors. Authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to facilitating their transition into these roles as soon as possible.
