On July 10th and 11th, the Credit and Investment Fair will bring together financial stakeholders and project leaders in Ivato to discuss financing and innovation.
Finance and innovation will be the focus on July 10th and 11th at the Ivato International Conference Center (CCI Ivato) during the second edition of the Credit and Investment Fair, organized by Assist & Co. Open to the public with an entry fee of 5,000 ariary, this event aims to create a meeting space for financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and project leaders looking for tailored solutions to develop their activities.
“This is a new event in Madagascar that provides a platform for banks, microfinance institutions, and project incubators,” explains Rojo Maharo, founding president of Assist & Co. According to her, when an entrepreneur seeks funding, they generally turn to these structures.
The fair aims to facilitate exchanges between project leaders and financial organizations to support them in securing funding and managing their resources.
This new edition, themed “Finance and Technology,” highlights the complementarity between these two sectors. Digital solutions, financial education, and fintech are now presented as tools to make financial services more accessible and better adapted to the needs of entrepreneurs, artisans, families, and project leaders. Through this fair, Assist & Co aims to make the event a genuine platform of opportunities for the general public, promoting technology as a lever for development and a future factor for the economy.
The previous edition was considered a success by the organizer. It targeted an audience already prepared for financial processes, particularly banked individuals, companies with tax and statistical identification numbers, and project leaders meeting credit eligibility criteria. “Our target was already informed, composed of people capable of accessing funding. They were credible and eligible, which allowed everyone to find an opportunity matching their needs,” emphasizes Rojo Maharo.
