The High Constitutional Court (HCC) has effectively halted the progress of Law No. 2026-005, which did not receive smooth passage at Ambohidahy. One month after its submission, the HCC issued its decision regarding the law on the policy of Malagasy language usage and language rights in Madagascar on the 21st.
