Vacationers are in for a treat. The Bouka family, consisting of father Zouzar and his two sons, Raïs and Raj-Alexandre, will continue celebrating their May 23rd achievement of reaching the summit of Mount Everest.
Vima NGO and the World Trade Center will host four days of sports competitions and shows from August 27 to 30 in Mahajanga, at the tourist village and along the seafront. Organizers will offer various sporting activities, including moraingy, savika, a beach volleyball tournament, and a street soccer tournament.
The soccer matches, featuring teams from 27 fokontany in the city of Mahajanga, will take place every evening near the slaughterhouse and in front of the mosque.
Other activities are also on the program during these four days, including Zumba sessions, a Color Run, bajaj races, bumper cars, bouncy castles, and a Ferris wheel for children.
Concerts will entertain vacationers and residents throughout the evenings. Samoëla and Sanih will kick off the festivities on August 27 around 6:00 PM. Tempo Gaigy and Elidiot will take over on August 28, followed by Lola and Cais on August 29. Madmax and the group Zay will headline the “Faradoboka” closing night on August 30, the final day of the event.
