The Civil Aviation of Madagascar (ACM) will organize an open house event from December 5 to 7 at Ivato International Airport, as part of the celebration of International Civil Aviation Day (ICAD). The event will be combined with the second edition of the Air Show, bringing together aeronautical sector stakeholders, public and private institutions, technical and financial partners, training organizations, and the general public.
Over three days, visitors will be able to attend conferences, explore exhibitions, and participate in tours aimed at better understanding the professions and activities of civil aviation. Young people, students, and the general public are particularly encouraged to attend this event.
“The ACM reaffirms its commitment to promoting the development of civil aviation in Madagascar, encouraging collaboration between sector stakeholders, and making aeronautics more accessible,” stated Alban Rakotoarisoa, Director General of the ACM, on Thursday during a press breakfast held at the Ibis Hotel in Ankorondrano.
Through this exhibition, the ACM intends to highlight the challenges of air transport development, strengthen exchanges between industry professionals, and spark interest among young people in aeronautical careers.
