The World Bank representative for Madagascar, Mauritius, Comoros, and Seychelles, Mr. Seck, inspected the post-Gezani recovery efforts. He was accompanied by the team of Professor Diny Razanakolona, President of the University and coordinator of the Toamasina reconstruction project, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and the FID (Intervention Fund for Development) of Toamasina. The purpose of this visit was to personally observe the progress of the repairs.
