After a one-year hiatus, the Makua Festival is making a grand comeback in Toamasina. Launched in 2024 with a first edition that left a lasting impression on the eastern capital due to its scale and cultural significance, the event was not held the following year. This second edition will take place from October 29 to November 1 at the Jet d’Eau.
