The Malagasy Association of Corporate Human Resources Directors (AmDRHE) is celebrating its twentieth anniversary (2006-2026). The festivities are centered on the theme of strengthening collaboration and promoting fundamental human resources values, such as ethics, the appreciation of human capital, and workplace well-being.
To mark this anniversary, the association is kicking off the celebrations by organizing corporate games on July 4 and 5 at the Esca sports complex in Antanimena. One thousand five hundred employees from thirty-four companies are participating in seven disciplines. The program includes three team sports—football, basketball, and volleyball, all of which are mixed-gender—and two individual sports, namely table tennis and pétanque. There will also be board games such as belote and dominoes.
As part of the ongoing celebration, the association—which brings together HR directors and managers from various sectors across Madagascar—will organize a webinar open to the general public on topics related to current challenges. The association works through structuring and professionalization, skills enhancement, modernization of management practices, strengthening of social dialogue, and the promotion of sustainable organizational performance within companies.
