Two new infrastructure projects were inaugurated in Manakara, the capital of the Fitovinany region, during a visit by the President of the Refoundation, Colonel Michaël Randrianirina. These include 5 km of rehabilitated urban roads and the new prefecture building. The road renovation was financed within the framework of cooperation.
