Soaline was twelve years old. Her family lived in Mangarivotra Sud, a popular neighborhood in the major port city. Her greatest pride this year was undoubtedly having obtained her Certificate of Elementary Primary Studies (CEPE). In doing so, she gave a beautiful gift to her family, to her father and mother, who were seemingly modest workers.
