The Council of Ministers proceeded, the day before yesterday, to 12 appointments to high-ranking state positions across six ministerial departments. The new appointments mainly concern positions of general management, central management, and regional management. Notably: Hery Rosette has been appointed Consul General at the Consulate General of Madagascar in Reunion Island.
