“Responding to the invitation of the President of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby,” explained Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, President of the Refoundation, yesterday at Ivato during his departure, in the presence of high advisors of the Refoundation and members of the government.
The President of the Refoundation is traveling to Chad to participate in the celebrations of the 66th anniversary of independence, scheduled for today.
The trip will also be an opportunity to discuss relations between the two countries. “It is also an opportunity to have talks on cooperation,” he indicated. This initiative is part of Madagascar’s policy of opening up “in all directions” towards its partners.
