The External Cooperation Support Office (BACE), attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, participated in the 2026 annual meeting of the Association of Cities and Local Authorities of the Indian Ocean (AVCOI), held on July 21 and 22 in Antananarivo. During a roundtable discussion dedicated to territorial resilience and access to financing, the focus was placed on strengthening the capacity of local governments to secure climate-related funds.
