Founded in 1987 by Dr. Koytcha Firoze, the association Doctors of the Indian Ocean (MOI) began modestly with three patients and 120 kilograms of equipment. Over the years, these missions, conducted in collaboration with the Inviso Foundation, have expanded significantly, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams and transporting up to 25 tons of medical equipment. More than 600,000 people have benefited from their services.
