In this context, the Tsingy Toastmasters Club continues its activities by offering a training framework dedicated to strengthening communication and leadership skills.

The Tsingy Toastmasters Club is a bilingual (French-English) club affiliated with Toastmasters International. “It offers a benevolent, friendly, and dynamic learning environment where everyone can develop their communication, leadership, and personal development skills through an internationally recognized training program,” explained Mamitiana Rakotondranaivo, the club’s incoming president, during the official handover ceremony with outgoing president Johanne Rahamefy the day before yesterday.
“Every story told through public speaking counts. Practice makes perfect. Simplicity is the key: there is no need for perfection to progress in the learning journey. Commitment is the guarantor of each member’s growth and that of the club,” emphasized Mamitiana Rakotondranaivo.
The interest of young people in leadership is also constantly growing. “I am interested in leadership because I think it is important to know how to take initiative and be able to inspire others. Through this training, I wish to improve my way of communicating, strengthen my self-confidence, and learn to work better in a team,” testified a young participant.
Outgoing president Johanne Rahamefy recalled that Toastmasters goes beyond the simple framework of oratory to become a true school of leadership. “We learn to exercise leadership with heart, to practice meaningful communication, to create bonds based on respect, to show empathy, and to act with authenticity. But above all, we learn to grow together,” she stressed.
