The Malagasy government is reactivating its support for private education. A total budget of 1,793,600,000 Ariary will be deployed to support 35,872 teachers across 5,744 schools throughout the Great Island. Each of them will receive an annual allowance of 50,000 Ariary. This subsidy program, which had been suspended, is now being resumed.
