Twenty-five high school students from public institutions in Antsirabe have officially joined the “English Access” micro-scholarship program during a warm ceremony at the Lovasoa Intercultural Competence Center. Since 2012, this program has already proven its value to more than 530 young students across the country. It serves as a breath of fresh air for these young talents.
