On Friday, September 25, the Taratra ny Amaray Association, represented by Secretary General Ben Aly Jaomamy and his team, delivered a crutch to an elderly woman at her home in Morafeno. This is not the first time the team has taken such an initiative. The population of Antsiranana, particularly the underprivileged, has benefited from various forms of assistance from the association.
