Civil society has now joined the debate on the “refoundation” of the country. In the Fitovinany region, a national consultation dedicated to civil society organizations officially opened last Tuesday, while the SAVA region launched its own regional consultation on the same day in Sambava. In both cases, the stated objective is to contribute to the national dialogue.
