COCAINE TRAFFICKING – Wanted notices issued for a couple and a student

Three young individuals are being actively sought by the Fiadanana Criminal Research Section for their alleged involvement in international cocaine trafficking. The individuals targeted are Olace Ramadaniaina Soa, a housewife, her husband Richicarde Rabe, a merchant residing in Andohanimandroseza, and Ronaldo Anderson Velonjara, a student living in Ambohipo.

The case was uncovered by the Judicial Police Support Group of the Sava region, which discovered activities linked to the import and export of hard drugs. The local gendarmerie opened an investigation and requested support from the Fiadanana section to strengthen the inquiry. Exchanges between the two units led to the identification of the suspects.

Two people have already been arrested. The trio named in the wanted notices remains at large. The network imported cocaine from abroad and re-exported it to Mauritius, with Madagascar serving only as a transit point in this operation. Investigators are urging anyone with information to contact 034 17 001 47.
