The Minister of the Armed Forces, Corps General Maminirina Ely Razafitombo, has clarified the recruitment limitations within the army following the completion of the mandatory national service period. During the second session of dialogue between government members and deputies at the National Assembly this Friday, the general specified that his ministry is not in a position to integrate all individuals who have fulfilled their national service requirements.
