The Malagasy Film and Animation Center (ISSM) and the National Tourism Office of Madagascar (ONTM) have just signed a partnership agreement. The objective is to strengthen the visibility of Madagascar as a destination through imagery, by facilitating and supporting the production of content that highlights the natural heritage and wealth of the country.
