The 33 employees in question cannot resume their work at the Port, Maritime and River Agency (APMF), as their contracts have already expired. This was explained by the Director General of the APMF, who clarified that the decision of the Anti-Corruption Pole (PAC), which concluded that there was no evidence of corruption on their part, does not automatically guarantee reinstatement.
