Delays and shortcomings in procurement processes can directly affect the implementation of development projects. A training session dedicated to the Borrower’s Procurement System is being held from July 13 to 17, 2026, at the Barea Stadium in Mahamasina. Organized by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP), this initiative aims to strengthen the capacities of stakeholders involved in the management of projects funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB).
