The Minister of Land Management and Land Services, Lylison René de Rolland, announced major work by his ministry’s teams to deploy the Concerted State Operation (Odoc) on a large scale. The operation will be carried out on lands belonging to former colonists that are to be retroceded to the Malagasy State. The goal, he emphasizes, is to facilitate access to land.
