This mugger was caught red-handed by patrolling police officers while in the act of robbing someone. He was apprehended immediately. The Anosibe area and its surroundings remain a high-risk zone in terms of insecurity. This is evidenced by the broad-daylight attack that occurred the day before yesterday, which resulted in the death of a businessman. Prior to that incident, a mugger armed with a long-bladed knife was also caught.
