The Malagasy government and the company CGHV (Compagnie générale d’hydroélectrique de Volobe) are ready to proceed with the construction of the new Volobe II dam in Toamasina II. The partnership agreement and the framework for the project were signed on Friday afternoon by the Malagasy government, represented by the Minister of Energy and others.
