National consultations on Malagasy diplomacy are seeking to address questions regarding Madagascar’s position in the new world order. Launched yesterday, September 7, in Antananarivo, the five roundtables scheduled until September 11 are intended to serve as a think tank for the development of the future White Paper on foreign policy.
