The renewable energy sector is taking off in Madagascar. Addressing the challenges of electricity access and the need to professionalize the youth, the PHARE project has just announced the official opening of registrations for the new training session for technicians in photovoltaic solar energy systems (TSSPV). The program is specifically aimed at young men and women aged 18 to 30.
