The Ministry of Land Management and Land Services (MATSF) has allocated 130 hectares of land to the Ministry of Energy and Hydrocarbons (MEH). The site is located in Tsimahabeomby, in the rural commune of Ambohimandry, Arivonimamo district, Itasy region. This allocation was formalized by decree No. 24 492/2026-MATSF dated the 27th.
