SIRANALA could finally rise from its ashes. The President of the Refoundation of the Republic of Madagascar (PRRM), Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, announced last week a possible revival of the sugar complex in Analaiva, Morondava. According to the PRRM, a foreign investor will soon arrive in the country as part of a recovery project.
