The President of the Refondation of the Republic of Madagascar (PRRM), Michaël Randrianirina, conducted an unannounced inspection early yesterday morning in the Bypass area while on his way to the Iavoloha Palace. He was accompanied by the Minister of Land Planning and Land Services, Lylison René de Rolland. On-site, the operation resulted in the seizure of 15 trucks involved in unauthorized land reclamation activities.
