Nearly 500 representatives of the Raiamandreny ara-drazana (traditional elders) and traditional structures of the Grand Sud participated in the gathering that concluded on October 24. Representatives from the provinces of Fianarantsoa and Toliara presented Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, President of the Refoundation, with a white paper containing their proposals for the upcoming National Assizes.
