France has a new diplomatic representative in Madagascar. Jean-Marc Grosgurin officially took office after presenting his credentials to the Head of State, Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, on September 30th at the Iavoloha State Palace. The French diplomatic representation in Madagascar thus changes its incumbent. Jean-Marc Grosgurin succeeds Arnaud Guillois.
