The Fanjiry association is providing support to the 18th Zaikabe (congress) of the Sampana Fikambanam-behivavy Loterana Malagasy (Section of the Malagasy Lutheran Women’s Association), which is being held from August 10 to 16, 2026, in Toliara. The association donated items to contribute to the organization of this gathering of Lutheran women.
Ten zebus, five tons of rice, and a sum of 20 million ariary were offered for the occasion. The donations were presented on behalf of the association by Professor Koto Bernard. He also conveyed a message from Elisa Randrianirina, founding president of Fanjiry, who expressed her support for the participants and wished for the success of the congress.
The association also carried out an initiative for children hosted at Akany Amica, donating 150 bags of rice to help meet their nutritional needs.
Through these actions, Fanjiry provides material support both to the gathering of Lutheran women and to the children cared for by Akany Amica.
