A new opportunity is emerging for the seventh art in the southern part of the Great Island. The call for applications for the Indian Ocean Film Festival on the Sea of Toliara is ongoing for the first edition of its training and creative workshop, named Atimo Cine Lab. It is scheduled to take place in the heart of the region.
