Proficiency in the French language for international relations is becoming a key focus in the training of state executives. A memorandum of understanding was signed on Monday, September 14, in Androhibe between the National School of Administration of Madagascar (ENAM) and the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) to establish specialized training in this field.
Designed for state agents and senior officials who are graduates of ENAM, this training program will allow participants to earn a diploma in French for international relations. The curriculum includes the strengthening of linguistic skills as well as the acquisition of methodological tools adapted for international exchanges.
Mastery of diplomatic language is also among the main pillars of the training. Participants will be prepared for the demands of international negotiations. The objective is to provide them with the means to better participate in exchanges and to represent the country’s voice in international and Francophone arenas.
This training aims to build the capacities of executives expected to work in an international environment. Mastery of the language, methods, and diplomatic terminology should enable them to more effectively approach the exchanges and negotiations in which they participate.
