HCJ-ECLC. The creation of the High Commission for Youth in charge of Civic Engagement and the Fight against Corruption (HCJ-ECLC) was decided during the Council of Ministers. This new structure, attached to the Presidency of the Refoundation of the Republic, will be responsible for issues related to civic engagement and the fight against corruption.
