Madagascar and Benin are strengthening their bilateral cooperation. The two countries have signed an agreement on visa exemption for holders of official passports, on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly in New York. The signing took place during a meeting between Alice N’Diaye, the Malagasy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and her counterpart.
