A decisive step has been taken in the rationalization and governance of professional mobility in Madagascar. The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Civil Service (MTEFoP) and the National Institute of Statistics (INSTAT) formalized their partnership last Friday. The central objective of this agreement is the establishment of a unified and secure national database for labor migration.
