A new tragedy has struck the capital. A young man, who had been reported missing since Monday evening and was being actively searched for by his family and loved ones, was found dead early Tuesday morning in an alleyway in Andohatapenaka.
The grim discovery was made around 4:45 a.m. by a person on their way to open a water point. Authorities were alerted immediately.
