The Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training (METFP) and Orange Madagascar signed a partnership agreement yesterday aimed at strengthening digital skills, promoting employability, and supporting the empowerment of youth and women in the country. As part of this public-private partnership, both parties are committed to designing certification training programs in the digital sector.
