A dark page has turned for Malagasy football. Kira Michel, affectionately known as “Maître Kira,” has passed away at the age of 76, following a long illness diagnosed in 2025. Despite the massive mobilization of his admirers and sports authorities, it was unfortunately not enough to prolong the fight of this iconic figure.
