In both Antsirabe and Manjakandriana, French military personnel have shared their expertise with their Malagasy partners. From July 27 to August 14, two Operational Instruction Detachments (DIO) from the 5th Foreign Regiment of the French Army were conducted simultaneously in these two cities. Two locations, two training components, but a single goal: to strengthen cooperation and operational capabilities.
