Construction work on the Akamasoa Mahatsara vocational training center in Betsizaraina has entered its second phase. Supported by the State through the CCPREAS (Coordination Unit for Recovery Projects and Social Actions), this project aims to improve access for young people, especially the most vulnerable, to vocational learning and professional integration.
